Geocache Description:

Introduce a muggle to geocaching
Hawkes Bay's first ever caching event
Come one come all

Something for everyone from muggles to experienced cachersCome join us for a weekend. Starting with registration and potluck dinner Friday night 9th July 2010 from 6pm. Accommodation available just bring your mattress and bedding. Cots and mattress are available for children under 5, as GZ is and early childhood centre. Opt in and out as it suits with a weekend full of events. All geocachers are invited to share their experiences, photo's and expertize.
Some of the events format includes an introduction to geocaching, a puzzle cache problem solving group, travel bug trades, and of course geocaching. Our aim is to highlight the beauty and pleasure available with geocaching in
Hawkes Bay.

Format for caching event (Draft)

Friday night 9th July 2010

6pm on, arrival at GZ for registration
• 7pm Pot luck dinner
• Mingle and talk
• Puzzle groups and prep formed
• until 10pm
• Sleeping arrangements made

Saturday Morning 10th July 2010

8am Registration re opens and breakfast provided by host
9am first speaker

4. Setting up a geocache (Dave)
