Geocache Description:

This is the second cache of a short series around Bouskell Park, Long Walk and Mill Lane in Blaby.

Bouskell Park was officially opened in 1996 by Sue Townsend (Adrian Mole fame) and is formed from the grounds of Blaby Hall, close to All Saints Church.

It contains the remains of a deserted mediaeval village and an Ice House (which was part of Indiana - Croft's 'Cache on Ice' Multi). The path from Bouskell leads into the wood - Long Walk and then to the part of the Guthlaxton Trial, which runs from Hospital Lane to Mill Lane in Blaby.
This is a very popular area with local dog walkers, has several picnic tables and a pond for feeding ducks.

You can park at N 52° 34.373 W 001° 09.676 (closes at dusk). The walk is on paved pathways and woodland which should be buggy friendly, although it can be muddy, in parts, in the winter.

The cache is now a small tube as the original one has been muggled.

Contents of the original at time of placing were:-

Log Book and pen
Bullierescue TB
FTF Badge
Flower mobile phone charm
Turtle rubber
Crayon pen
Pencil Monster
Giraffe print badge

The hand has long gone but the name stays!
