This is a wonderful area to visit and view the Malaspina Strait. Someone has taken a lot of time to make the 5 stone chairs on the trail. See if you can see them all. Take a lunch and enjoyed the chair closest to the cache. You can continue farther along the trail, it does make a loop by going to the right at the end of the trail (where the fire pit is located) and then following your GPS back to the parking lot.
This trail can be very slippery after a rain or in the winter, so be extremely cautious.
