Dushanbe has some great views from Park Pobedi. It's worth taking a weekend afternoon and hike all over this park. This cache is a white 35mm film canister.
I would suggest early mornings are best to find this cache, as you could be spotted from all directions during your search.
After the find, take some time to savour the marvellous view of Dushanbe - 180+ degrees !! Simply breathtaking.
