This is the final part of a series I created for my lovely GeoDog, Meeka... Jackpot!
She's 75% of the reason I started Geocaching. I was already outside and covering great areas to keep both her, and myself, in shape and exercised when I got my iPhone 3G with a GPS and was searching for some kind of activity I could use it for... the rest is history!
Regardless, she has been steadfast with me for the overwhelming majority of my finds and has found no less than 5 all by herself! All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better companion and partner when caching and even in life. Flying in the face of her unknown lineage, I feel that she's a true blue GeoDog in the truest sense of the word.
So, did you travel a small part of one of the "circuits" Meeka and myself frequent to find all 5 puzzle pieces and collect all the numbers? Or did you find the secret way to cheat? Either way this is probably your goal, a "real" cache full of swag and maybe even travel bugs/geocoins, isn't victory sweet?
Sadly, the puzzle aspect of this cache is currently broken! I will have it back up and kicking asap! In the mean time, you'll all just have to put up with using The Cheat to find it!!
The coordinates listed are for PARKING to take the shortest trek over the flood wall embankment to this cache.
The second set of coordinates leads to the second parking coordinates for a 1/3 mile flat trail walk or bike or wheelchair ride to bypass the floodwall if you can't handle the incline.
This cache is accessible from flat ground, no need to get wet or muddy! First to find prizes include Rawhide Chips, A Fling Squirrel and a beautiful pen, take one, two or all three if you're first to find! Thanks for checking it out this series!
FTF: TundraWolf and congrats on having it be your 1000th find!
