What is Cache to Eagle? Cache to Eagle is a series of public geocaches hidden at or near the sites of Boy Scout Eagle projects to highlight their service to the community.
Reaching the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America requires years of dedication and hard work. In addition to the 90 plus requirements and 21 merit badges, each Scout must complete a project that requires countless hours of planning, dedicated leadership, and commitment for their community, religious institution or school.
On hundred and ten million boys have joined the Boy Scouts of America since 1910 and only 2 million have obtained the rank of Eagle.
This cache was placed by Boy Scout Troop 14 with permission from the property owner. This cache features 5 Eagle Scout projects performed on the property.
#1 planted two rows of spruce trees
#2 creation of community garden
#3 build and install tool shed
#4 creation of nature trail and install benches
#5 install outdoor patio for preschool
