Lake Claiborne State Park is a 620 acre recreational facility located in Claiborne Parish. The park is named for the 6,280 acre Lake Claiborne that provides water sport opportunities including fishing, waterskiing and beach swimming.
The park has 86 improved campsites and 10 vacation cabins. There are approximately 12 miles of trails provided for hiking, biking or bird watching

Be sure to check out the new park entrance sign. It is a beautifully done Largemouth Bass that can be found in abundance in Lake Claiborne. You are searching for a matchsafe container so you will need a pen to sign the log. Please place it back exactly like you found it.
