Geocache Description:

This historical spot in the Riverina here saw much drama unfold in a time of bushrangers and outlaws along time ago.The mid 1800's saw bushranger Dan "mad dog " Morgan hold up the Round Hill Station property along the road to Culcairn very close to this spot.

This grave is the only existing evidence of the most historic and tragic bushranger holdups in the history of Australia. All the history of the events leading up to the shooting are detailed on the board , including details of the woolshed and homesteads. On the hill on the opposite side of the road to the grave, are some ruins still in round formation from the bushranger period.
The cache is well hidden and contains a log sheet and pencil.Stealth will be required along the busy road.
