Logan City has fulfilled its commitments. So have the telephone and cable companies. Sidewalks are here for strolling and paved streets for commuting (and joy-riding). But where are the houses?

Powerful forces are ... NOT at work in this "neighborhood." Other than the Dyers' Woad, of course.
