Stumptown is located in small triangular parking area that was created when a new road access was created to a local supermarket.
Before the road and parking lot were constructed a majestic grove of cherry trees stood here. The cache is a small natural looking object.
No need to walk on the grass or enter landscaped area.
Stealth is required as this is a busy area but sitting on the rocks pretending to chat on your gps is an accepted approach!
