Geocache Description:

Travel Bug Hotel at Woody's Sherwood Forest Park.

Sherwood Forest is a special part of the Sherwood city park system. We've come here to watch the 4th of July fireworks, to eat our church's Thanksgiving Feast, to complete the Christmas Trail of Lights, to celebrate the soccer and swim season end, and to picnic with our office.
The largest meeting room holds 900 people! The grounds have horse-shoe pits, basketball courts, beach volleyball, a softball field, a splash pad, two pavilions, two playgrounds, picnic tables, a veterans memorial and three geo-caches. I hope you enjoy your visit(s) to the park as much as my family has.

Inspired by the office picnic, here at Sherwood Forest Park. We needed a nearby place to launch our bugs for a 2010 race. The bugs entering the race are:
