Geocache Description:

Smith Park, Delaware, Ohio North parking lot.

Smith Park, located Northwest of the City of Delaware, Ohio on Troy Road. Cache is located at the North end of the park, on park property. Do not trespass on church or railroad property, or phone company driveway to cell tower. Prepare to be "tickled", be over 4-1/2' tall, or bring someone who is. Observe park rules and times.

Should go without saying; do not cut wire-tie, unscrew container from lid, .... like an oil filter.
