The white trail at Fanny Reese Park meanders high above the Hudson River. Once the leaves fall some spectacular views can be seen. The trail is very peaceful and I found myself day dreaming as I walked along the trail.
After visiting this park a few weeks ago I knew I'd be back with a cache in hand. After parking off of Macks Lane, you will follow a dirt road trail with some wonderful views of the Hudson River and eventually meet up with the white trail. Along this trail you will pass some impressive ruins. Be sure to check out the scenic overlook with a wonderful view of the Mid-Hudson Bridge and the walkway bridge.
