Stretch..... or Stick? Traditional Cache
wjgrun: Went to check out the situation with this cache today. While I was able to retrieve the cache, it took about 10-15 minutes of struggle to do so. Once I had the cache in hand, I found that it was wet inside. Since I've had to replace this one a few times, I'm going to archive this now - even though I think it was a good one.

This cache is located in Ramapo Valley County Reservation. The park is only open during daylight hours.
The cache is a small lock and lock located near the Blue & Blue/White trails. It is not really hidden or camouflaged in any way.
If you find the cache, and did not need to stretch or use a stick to retrieve it, (you are as tall as Shaq - or) please read the hint and replace the cache as it was meant to be "hidden".
Use extra caution if there has been any sort of precipitation recently.
