This cache is part of a series, set around the beautiful area of Bleasdale. The entire series can be done in around 5.5 hours, or it can be split into two circular routes, taking half the time. The walk follows private estate roads which are also public footpaths. This cache is NOT a drive by.
This cache is a plastic container. There is no pencil, you will have to bring your own.
Bleasdale is part of the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty, surrounded by Parlick, Fair Snape Fell and Hazelhurst Fell on the north-north east side.
There are breathtaking views along the paths around here and great spots for bird watching, especially lapwings.
Please note that this series follows private estate roads which are also public footpaths.
Looking around, most of the trees are pine.
