Usually, if you blow the coordinates on a cache by either solving
or entering them wrong, you know it quickly, but not always...
So, I had "solved" a puzzle cache long ago and it rattled around in
my solved puzzle database and my GPSr for months. I finally was in
the area and my coords for the cache took me here, a very likely
place for a cache and so I looked and looked. I made a PAF call and
looked some more. Finally, I gave up. Later I went and checked my
coords with a friend and found they were way off. I have no idea
how I had blown the coords. I either solved it completely wrong or
entered them wrong into my GPS. Anyway, I finally found that cache
today, but I liked this location, so I grabbed an old cache
container I had rolling around in the truck and threw together a
cache.
This is a commonly used running path, so watch for muggles who
can sneak up on you in a hurry. Be mindful of the nearby house and
keep your visits to daylight hours. There is a handy pull-off to
park if you are going southbound on Lake Washington Blvd. Don't get
ran over crossing the street.
