Geocache Description:

Vydejte se na kurz speleologie :-)
Go on a caving course :-)

[CZE]
Primo v centru Zlina muzete nalezt davno zapomenutou jeskyni. Ja ji znova objevil a chtel bych se s vami o tohle zvlastni misto podelit.

Jeskyne jsou geologicky formovany piskovci, jilovci a slepenci s primesi vapence. Oblast patri do tzv. magurskeho flyse, racanske jednotky. V prubehu alpinskeho vrasneni, tedy pred 10 az 20 miliony lety byly mohutne kry piskovcu a slepencu zvednuty a nasunuty do dnesniho stavu.

Directly in the center of Zlin, we find long-forgotten cave. Was discovered at a time when even Zlin named Zlate Japko (Golden Apple). Holed up in her peasants before Tatars sacked Czech lands. In the largest building boom in Zlin, which is responsible for the famous industrialist Tomas Bata Cave forgotten. I found it again and I want to be with you on this special place to share.

The cave geologically formed with sandstone, claystone and puddingstone mixed with limestone. The area belongs to the so-called magur flysch, Racan units. Material shall be imposed gradually in layers different texture in the depths of the sea about 30 to 60 million years ago. These sediments originate from western Slovakia. During the alpine buckling about 10 to 20 million years ago blocks was lift and insert into the current position. Speaking on flysch zone, which according to experts making powers upto 30km. Only here and there and especially in close Hostynske and Vizovicke Hills act on the surface of isolated scattered sandstone rocks called "godul".

Stalactite decorations in the cave is its low content of calcium contained in water, very rare, but the diversity of rocks from the cave which is made up of color receive different colors. This cave has not yet been declared a national reserve.
