The above coordinates take you to a clue to get the coordinates for the cache. The clue is in an old tree stump. The difficulty is 2 1/2 since the puzzle in the clue might be difficult for some. To get to the clue, you are allowed to park in the driveway near it. The clue is placed on the cache owners property so you have permission to search there.
After you figure out the coordinates from the clue, the cache is in another tree stump. Inside is a log book, and a few small items such as a Livestrong bracelet, a bouncy ball, and a stopwatch.
