You can drive up this NF road year-round (4WD good in winter) and catch a view of the beautiful town of Plain below. (You could walk up if you like, or snowshoe/snowmobile in the winter months). When you wind your way up to this cache, you will find it near the entrance to a logging road.
It is windy in Plain and the road to this cache winds up the hill. Inside the twist-top ziploc container, geo-hunters will find four wind-up toys to exchange. The items are in a waterproof bag within the container with a log and pen. The cache is not on the logging road or through the gate.
