The listed coordinates will take you to the entrance of the Rogers Public Library. You will have to work the system to find the cache.
You are looking for an item that Jack W. Peters & the Staff of Geochaching.com put a lot of time and effort into.
Please keep in mind that there is a chance this may not be an instantly gratifying effort.
If that is the case, you will need to practice patience (hence the 2-star difficulty) before you are able to log this one.
