Hey there cacher
This puzzle cache resides on the U of A campus at (N36 # #.# # #), (W94 # #, # # 8) and not at the bogus coords listed. The info needed to find the 9 missing numbers can be obtained from this page though you may have to dig a little deeper. What you find will bring you one conversion closer to having the numbers for the coordinates.
1.Abbreviate title
Those who have done Mobius_Trip's nearby puzzle cache "The Source" (GC28PQ4) may have a leg up on this one. I also need to thank him for helping me get this setup correctly.
2.Color code
Yes. It might have something to do with the colored lines
