Nano cache located at a large commuter parking lot in Dumfries, VA, just off of I-95.
I'm sure everyone has found other caches like this one before, but I felt this area needed a quick and easy cache that didn't require going into the woods or out of the way to locate. Guard-rail caches are a dime-a-dozen, so I opted for a different location.
During the work-week, this area is FULL of muggles. You better have your cache-stealth operating at 100% to get this one without drawing attention, unless you search before or after the crowds are gone. Beware of muggles sitting in their cars.
