This is the closest entry point to the interesting "DC-6
Resolution" cache, which has airplane wreckage from 1953.
Parking can be a bit difficult on nearby Star Hill Road. I found
a place to get my wheels off the pavement, away from the homes,
about 1/4 mile up the road. There are a few spots close to the
gate, but I thought the nearby homeowners might use them as "their"
parking spots and I wanted to avoid upsetting anyone.
Bonus points if you know who lives on the "Broken Arrow Ranch,
just to the south of this park. He sung at the recent Vancouver
Olympics and was introduced as a Canadian, but he's been our
neighbor for decades. What's up with that, eh!?!
You probably also don't know that he named his first band after
a steamroller company that was in Springfield, Ohio...slightly more
unusual than the name "REO Speedwagon", which was a truck made by
Ransom Ely Olds ("REO") who also had something to do with
Oldsmobiles, but I digress...
