in our disclaimer.
A rural multi of approx 2 miles requiring the cacher to visit 2 locations to collect information to work out the location of the final. (A calculator may be handy to check your maths)
The cache is not at the published location which is instead a suggested roadside parking location on Bare Bones Road from which to start the multi.
Please do not park inside the gates (if open) as they will often be locked later in the day
First visit N53.32.462 W001.47.718 and find the word in plain view.
Using this word & noting that A=1, B=2 etc, caclulate RST where :-
RST=(total value of all the letters in the word you have found) x 15
Now visit N53.32.725 W001.48.022 and find the only 7 letter word printed on both yellow plates
Using this new word & noting that A=1, B=2 etc, calculate XYZ where :-
XYZ=(total value of all the letters in the 7 letter word appearing on both yellow plates) x 7
The cache can be found at
N53.32.RST +5
W001.47.XYZ + 43
Guidelines for this series are below:
1. FTF'er should place the next cache in the series (in this case, FTF Kirklees Cache Series #12) within 1 month. Please note only the FTF'er should place the next cache and not every time someone finds the cache.
2. You can only be a FTF for this series once. This spreads the FTF love around, and gives others a chance to play along. (This is at least till everyone has had ago at FTF who wants to).
3. Cache can be any size or type of cache (Puzzle, Multi, etc.), but I do ask that:
You set it in Kirklees Area and if it is a puzzle then it can not be to hard as it should be easy enough for everyone to find.
4. You must include this set of guidelines in your listing for the series I will be happy to answer any questions concerning the guidelines or about the placing of caches to those who have not placed a cache before. By way of clarification, there is no requirement besides the standard signing of the cache log to prevent you from logging this cache when found. Everyone should log their find, and hopefully the FTF person will play along and place another cache, but it is in no way a requirement for logging your find. But if you don't intend to carry on the series please do not FTF and leave it for someone else.
