Geocache Description:

This is a cache but it's main function is to serve as an advertisement for an upcoming caching challenge that is about to begin in the greater Rochester area...CLICK HERE to find out more about the challenge.

Having WTH withdrawal? Want to prove that you are the most skilled cacher in the universe? Want to neglect family and friends and spend hours on the computer or on the trails? Missed out on other challenges and want to try your hand?

If the answer to any of these questions is a resounding "YES" or even if it is a half-hearted "maybe", then the OC Challenge may be for you.

As for the OC? It is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. I would be better described as the Anonymous Cacher but OC had a modern pop-culture ring to it that was more appealing than the more mundane AC (Air conditioner!) which incidently has been on for the majority of the summer.

It is hard to know if this will take off like other challenges or fizzle to the ground and die, but we'll give it a go and see what happens.

The challenge officially begins on September 1st, 2010 and the last cache will be published prior to December 31st 2010. The challenge will consist of 16 caches plus a bonus cache. Please see the challenge website for more details.

This cache is a small lock & lock container. It is not part of the challenge and no points were be awarded for finding this cache. There is a Lammy for the first to find.

Good luck and enjoy the fun!

Congrats to pinkpanthers1995 for the FTF!!
