crs98: As I had earlier noted, this cache was one of several that seems to have run it's course and it was time to archive it in order to make way for something else new to get put out in this area.
As always, whenever I archive a puzzle cache, I provide the solution so others have a chance to learn how it was constructed - maybe they will learn something about puzzles that will help them in a future effort.
This type of puzzle is called a minimalist puzzle and looking at the cache page, it's quite clear as to why. There doesn't appear to be any question or indication that there is anything to solve; just a note saying that the cache isn't at the posted coordinates. I often got questions from people about this puzzle for just that reason - they were wondering what they were supposed to do.
My answer was that, as the CO, I had very limited control over what appears on the website, but I had in fact encoded the answer to the puzzle somewhere via the cache page. That often did the trick. If not, I'd ask them how they thought a micro cache could hold a trackable (in this case one that I called "Hey would you look at that?" (note that the trackable isn't listed here anymore, but you can now see it in the "View past trackables" link). If you clicked on the trackable, the image gallery for the trackable had a picture that told you where the final coordinates were.
