This is a challenging cache that multiplies in difficulty as you arrive.
The cache is located at the edge of a shopping center next to the university campus. It is likely to take some cachers a while to locate this cache.
Stealth is required as there are lots of parked cars around and mall traffic coming and going. I would recommend doing the cache during mall hours. Outside of this time, security may quickly wonder what you are doing. The cache is small and magnetic. Logbook is also small so initials only please. BYOP.
Please report all DNFs so I can accurately gauge the true difficulty of the cache.

Note: You do not need to do anything dangerous to find this cache, e.g., scaling the structure, leaning out, hanging from it, etc. The cache is very easy to access. In theory, you could drive right up, get out of your car, and walk right up to it.
Update: I have updated the cache container to a different style to avoid water issues.
