Getting away for a weekend of fun and sun with friends! That was the simple motivation for this cache location. The cache is on a narrow peninsula on Nine Mile Lake that I enjoy visiting with friends for a little fishing, swimming and just plain getting away from it all.
Nine Mile Lake is just South of Torrance & Bala Ontario just off Southwood Road (13). Although the terrain on the peninsula itself is not very difficult, you will need a boat to get to this one. Nine Mile Lake marina is near by so it shouldn’t take very long once you hit the water. The cache is a medium sized, camo’d plastic jar. Shouldn’t be hard to find but dropped a hint anyway. My first hide so I hope you enjoy and take in some beautiful Ontario scenery while you’re at it.
