This series should be a fun tour of the Alberni Valley with no difficult hides.
Are we all sitting around 'these days' and spending too much time watching TV, or too much time playing video games or playing on the computer?? What ever happened to reading??
Reading is good for you and everyone you know. Most of us learn to read in grade one - just watch a six year old read their first little book and see the sparkle in their eyes. Where did your sparkle go? Reading helps everyone to learn, to grow and to experience travel and adventure any time of the day or night. Locally 'Raise-a Reader' and 'Literacy Alberni' work hard to promote reading by people of all ages,especially children. Books can be expensive, we know this - however this caching series can help ease that concern.
Each cache in the series is placed no more that an arm's length from simple reading material that is free for everyone Every week new material is placed here. You can visit your favorite site often.
At each cache you visit, you must collect a clue to find the final cache site where a great variety of reading material is available - and again it is free for you to use. Your final destination is sure to have something to put the sparkle back in your eyes.
