The Littler Tree Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Simply B: Time for this one to go, it's gone missing again and the new landowner has put up ugly fencing that spoils what had been a lovely walk for generations of locals.

Geocache Description:

A simple traditional cache on a beautiful woodland walk.

You're actually looking for a very large beech tree, but I think of it as the Littler tree because of the name that looks like it was carved in it a long time ago, when it probably was a lot smaller.

I'd recommend parking at N53 17.420 W002 21.725, which is the end of the footpath near to the start of GC16KTK The Chav in a Box. This will give you a really enjoyable 10 minute woodland walk to this cache. Otherwise you'll end up with a parking dilemma then a walk along the A537 before joining the footpath at the other end, but why do that when you could be in the woods?
