The "Marjal de Pego-Oliva" is situated in the litoral of the Pego valley and it is a humid area. In one part of the natural park rice has been cultivated until today. In the other part along the river Bullent you find a beautiful nature with many birds and animals. When I hid this cache I enjoyed a fresh bath in the river, which is full of water this year.
This third cache in this natural park leads you to the rice fields, as I was asked several times where they are. The typical Paella has his origin in the Comunidad Valenciana. In the south of Valencia you can find also a big region with rice fields. So the next time when you enjoy your Paella, you know more about it...
Although you can go by car near to the cache, I recommend you to park your car at the WP2 and walk some minutes to enjoy the landscape. You pass the first Natural Park cache. Continue the way and you will enter more and more in this beautiful natural park. Keep right near the river and stay on the broad dirt road.

El Marjal de Pego-Oliva se sitúa en el litoral del valle de Pego y es una zona húmeda. En una parte del parque natural se ha cultivado el arroz hasta la época actual. En la otra parte a lo largo del Rio Bullent hay una naturaleza maravillosa con muchos pajaros y animales. Cuando escondí el cache me bañè en el rio que tenia mucha agua este año.
Este tercer caché en este parque natural nos lleva a los campos de arroz, porque me preguntaron varias veces donde estaban. La paella típicia tiene su origen en la Comunidad Valenciana. En el sur de Valencia se encuentra también una zona grande donde se cultiva el arroz. La proxima vez cuando disfrutéis una paella, sabes algo de ella...
Aunque se puede ir en coche hasta cerca del cache, os recomiendo dejar el coche en el parking "WP2" y caminar unos minutos para conocer este paisaje. Pasaremos el primer caché del parque y seguimos este camino y entramos más y más en este paisaje maravilloso. Quedamos a la derecha cerca del rio y en el camino ancho.

Das "Marjal de Pego-Oliva" liegt im Küstengebiet des Pego-Tales und ist ein Feuchtgebiet, in dem man an einigen Stellen bis heute Reis anbaut. In anderen Teilen des Naturparks - entlang des Rio Bullent - findet man eine wunderbare Natur mit vielen Vögeln und Tieren. Als ich den Cache versteckte, genoss ich ein frisches Bad im Fluss, der heuer aussergewöhnlich viel Wasser führt.
Dieser dritte Naturpark Cache führt Euch noch zu den Reisplantagen, da ich des öfteren gefragt wurde, wo diese denn sind. Die typische Paella hat ihren Ursprung in der Comunidad Valenciana. In Süden von Valencia findet man ebenfalls ein grosses Gebiet mit Reisfeldern. Bei Eurer nächsten Paella wisst Ihr jetzt etwas mehr darüber...
Obwohl man nahe zum Cache fahren kann, empfehle ich Euch, das Auto am WP2 stehen zu lassen und einige Minuten spazierenzugehen, um diese Landschaft besser kennenzulernen. Ihr kommt an dem ersten Naturpark Cache vorbei. Folgt weiter dem Weg, haltet Euch rechts und bleibt auf dem breiten Feldweg.
