This should be an easy PnG.
A micro placed to share my amusement about the existence of this sidewalk. It accomplishes nothing other than improving the appearance of this lot that used to be overgrown.
Why did the municipal officials decide to spend money on this project? I have no idea, but we may as well use it for an easy smiley.
