Highlander 71: Unfortunately, my local helpers haven't been able to locate the cache, and with this one so far from my North Van home I think it is best if I simply archive it and free up the space.

Many thanks to all who came here to search for this one over the 7+ years it existed.

Geocache Description:

Created in 2004, this area is fairly young as nature parks go, but Mother Nature has blissfully carried on from where the parks department left off.

You will find a well-maintained and level walking trail that winds its way through the nature park and around the adjacent playing fields. Ample free parking can be had close by (but it might be a bit crowded if there's a game going on). There are a few picnic tables beside the trail, but please remember to pick up after yourselves.

There could be muggles in the area, particularly groups of kids from the nearby school out on a field trip. The area around the cache has a bit of camo, but, as always, keep a sharp eye out for foot traffic. You will have to step off the trail to reach the cache but there is no need to enter any sensitive areas.
