Geocache Description:

Cache is located in the St. Andrew State Park in NW Florida. This cache is not far from the Shell Island stash but you do not need a boat. Be prepared to get sand in your shoes.

Since this cache is located inside a state park you will have to pay an entrance fee to get in. It cost me $2.00 to get in the day I hid the stash.

Hopefully the coordinates will get you close to the site where the cache is buried. Even with very accurate coordinates you would have difficulty finding a buried cache in beach sand without a reference point. Once in the general area you will note an object, which has an obvious front and back. This cache is buried six feet BEHIND this nearby object. To tell you what the object is MIGHT make this hunt too easy. I say might because I doubt that even many of the locals are aware that this object is there.

The cache is a round Tupperware container approximately 8 inches in diameter buried 1 foot deep. Inside are; a smiley face and flower antenna ornaments, key chain measuring tape, pink key chain, $1 coin, Daytona stock car key chain (from the Torreya cache site), pen, and log book. Have fun and don't let the sand crabs bite. Bill
