Cmentarz:
W Beskidzie Niskim, na Przeleczy Malastowskiej (604 m n.p.m.) znajduje sie interesujacy cmentarz wojenny z IWS. Zaprojektowany zostal przez Duszana Jurkovicza. Jego wystrój wykonany jest z kamienia i grubych bali drewnianych. Pomnik centralny stanowi drewniana kaplica kryta gontem. Na kaplicy znajduje sie tablica z inskrypcja w jezyku niemieckim:
Pamietajcie w swoich dniach pelnych szczescia,
Ze na tej ziemi gorzala zaciekla walka,
Ze tu tysiace odnioslo smiertelne rany,
Aby wokól was rozkwitalo blogoslawienstwo slonca.
Na cmentarzu pochowanych jest 174 zolnierzy armii austro-wegierskiej w tym jeden wyznania mojzeszowego - na jego grobie znajduje sie charakterystyczna drewniana stela z gwiazda Dawida.
Obok cmentarza znajduje sie lesny parking, przechodzi tez tamtedy szlak turystyczny - z tych powodów jest to jeden z najbardziej znanych cmentarzy wojskowych w Beskidzie Niskim. Jest bardzo dobrze utrzymany i wart odwiedzenia.

The cemetery:
In the Beskid Niski Mts. on Malastowska Gap (604 m) there is an interesting cemetery from WWI. It was designed by Dušan Jurkovic. It is decorated with stone and heavy timber beams. The central memorial is a wooden shrine covered with a shingle. There is a plaque fixed to the shrine with an inscription in German language:
Remember in your days full of happiness,
That on this ground a fierce fight was burning,
That here thousands were mortally injuried,
So that the sun's blessing thrives around you.
174 soldiers of Austro-Hungarian army are buried there. Also one Jew is buried here - on its grave there is an obvious stele with the Star of David.
Just near the cemetery there is a forest car park, where also a marked trail leads - for that reasons this is one of the most famous war cemeteries in the Beskid Niski. It's very well kept and worth a visit.
