The cache is placed by a side of the walkway near the National State House of Zambia (President's Office&House). The walkway is paved on the center of the independence road and it is open to everyone to enjoy walking.
You can enjoy a pleasant walk on the pedestrians walkway, but it is crossing the area of the President's Offce & House where no photograph is allowed.
But you will be tempted to take a picture because, near the gate of the president's office, there are two guards who are standing still like British Guards. Also 9 o'clock everyday, there is an "alternating function" in which a team of guards exchanged their roles that looks beaufitul and interesting to watch. Again, you can not take photos, but you are free to watch!
If you use a vehicle, parking place is a problem. You can ask to use a parking place of the president's office, but you may be kindly refused. You are recommended to use an alternative open space which is bit far from the cache point, but you can walk on the walkway to approach to the point.
