An easy driveby cache at the summit of Ward Hill. There is an access road from the main St Margaret's Hope to Burwick road.
Please ensure the cache is jammed back behind the stones to ensure it doesn't blow away particularly during winter storms!
A superb panoramic view of 360 degrees with wonderful views of Scapa Flow, the South Isles (including Hoy), the West Mainland towards Stromness, the East Mainldnd, south over the Pentland Skerries towards mainland Scotland and much of Orkney Mainland.
There are several marked footpaths from near the cache site.
The cache is a 35mm film canister with log and pencil.
