You are looking for a simple two Stage multi located on beautiful Percy Priest Lake. The first stage is a waterproof Match Container with the final coordinates inside. The final is a homemade Water Proof tube.
Well I guess that depends on how you define simple. You will need a boat to get to this one and I would suggest a friend as well. While the location around the cache is ok for kids I WOULD ADVISE AGINST a small child retrieving this one. If you are not in good physical condition do not attempt this one.
