This cache is at Hilltop Park in McKinney, TX. This was a favorite park of the Penguin Family a few years back when the Little Penguins were, well, little. While now it would be an easy walk from home, back then we rode bikes. Alas, what you want to know about is the cache. He's how you'll have to find the cache.
The coordinates are for stage 1. There you will find two numbers separated by a dash (AA - BBB), where:
AA = number of cubits from this location to the cache location
BBB = the azimuth in degrees from this location to the cache location
Note that you'll need to know how long a cubit is. Google can tell you or you can look in the back of most Bibles or, if you happened to not prepare for the cache at all, you can look in the hint below.
Lastly, this park is next to a school and the school kids use the playground. As such, please avoid hunting for this cache when the playground is significantly occupied, especially during school days.
