Geocache Description:

North Wales Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve - Coed y Felin
Permission has been given by the Head Warden to place a cache here, but do please keep to the footpaths.
Coed-y-Felin is a 25 acre ancient woodland on limestone, carpeted with bluebells in Spring. It has a nature trail through the ancient broadleaved woodland, extending for about half a mile along the south facing slope of the Afon Chwiler Valley, about four miles north west of Mold.
It is leased to the North Wales Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve by Wimpy Asphalt.

It has a Traditional Woodland Craft Resurrection Site.
When you walk past this site, you will see a large metal Kiln on your right.
The cutting of wood to turn into charcoal benefits the wildlife in the woodland by creating a mixture of habitats in the woods whilst using sustainable charcoal~
A/ Encourages our local wildlife and
B/ Keeps traditional skills alive.
