Cache replaced and weatherproofed 18/06/2011
Valla Beach sits approximately half way between Nambucca Heads (south) and Urunga (north), in northern NSW. From the Pacific Highway, follow Valla Beach Road until you see a childrens park on the right and cache is about 100 metres on the left. You will be able to hear the surf, which is only 100 metres due East of the cache.

Turn into Valla Beach from the Pacific Highway and follow the road, until you see a playground on your right. On the opposite side of the road is a large grassy area, dotted with paperbark trees and the cache is near the end of the area.
You will be able to hear the surf, which is only 100 metres due East of the cache.
Valla Beach road continues for about 1 km to a parking area, by the sand. On clear days you can see Nambucca Heads, Scotts Head and sometimes as far as Port Macquarie.
After you find the cachewhy not call into the Headland Cafe' for great coffee and food - about 100 metres back towards the highway.
