I was going to place this cache way back in February but the snow made it impossible. In November 2007 after a stressful normal day at work. I suffered a heart attack. I had no warning signs,never a day of high blood pressure in my life,non smoker, thinner than I am now and no family history. My only symptoms was a rapid heart beat and could not catch my breath. Not the usual symptoms you hear and read about. I spent 5 days in the hospital and left with three stents in my heart.
My life has changed in alot of ways. I take alot of meds and as of 2/2010 I gave up red meat and increased my veggies/fruit. Also you have to get rid of stress! A year later Jay and I found Geocaching, it's been great for alot of reasons! Heart diease is the #1 killer of women in the USA! Anyway I placed this cache at a area business that I frequent alot. I have permision from both companys/owners for this cache hide. But please do not show up here after hours or too early in the morning. Please have respect for the area where the cache is located!
