This cache is located in Annwood Park. It's another one of those parks in Cincinnati that "I never knew that was there."
This is a small camo'd container that can hold a few small items. Please be sure you re-hide it very well, as the previous cache in this park got muggled.
Be sure you check out the neat little Annwood Grotto water feature when you stop by.
