Vorwort:
Durch die Cacher-Szene habe ich etliches gelernt. Deren spezielle Darstellungsformen, diverse Umformungen, Codes und einiges mehr. In diesem Rätsel kommt etwas vor, welches der eine oder andere bereits vielleicht schon kennt. Dieses, ich nenne es einmal Schmankerl, mag bei uns nicht sehr verbreitet sein, es ist aber dennoch bekannt. Mehr darf ich dazu nicht schreiben, denn das wäre ja dann schon fast die Lösung. 
Opa Valentin möchte seinem Enkel Xaver etwas schenken.
Da der Opa weiß, dass sein Enkel gerne sich auf Schatzsuche begibt, hatte er seinem Enkel eine kurze Nachricht mit folgendem Inhalt zukommen lassen:

Begib Dich zu Lieselotte ZEKLE und triff Dich dort mit Leonard Konstantin GAJAN. Dann wende Dich zur SON und GEH.

I’ve learned a lot when I was geo-caching. They have special forms of representations, several transformations, codes and even more. This riddle includes something, which perhaps is all ready known by the one or other. Let me name this as a goody. This goody is not so wide spread or known by us, but it is still known yet. Telling more would be nearby the answer.
Grandpa Valentin wants to make a present to his grandson Xaver. Because grandpa knows that his grandson loves geo-caching, he had sent him a note with the following words:

Wenn der Geochecker Euch grünes Licht gibt, müsst Ihr bei der Nordkoordinate 0,046' und bei der Ostkoordinate 0,020' abziehen (z.B : 49° 01,146' - 0,046' => 49° 01,100').
If the Geochecker is green, you must subtract 0.046' from the north-coordinate and 0.020' from the east-coordinate (z.B : 49° 01.146' - 0,046' => 49° 01.100').
Nichts ist so stetig wie die Veränderung, deshalb müssen wir des Rätsels wegen die Koordinaten den neuen Gegebenheiten anpassen. Danke für's Verständnis!
