Geocache Description:

The second in a series of 22 caches in a 6.5 mile circular walk, with a bonus, starting in the village of Burbage. The walk takes in part of the Leicestershire Round and includes some suprising views.

On two occations you will have to walk on country roads, so take care.

This seriers of caches is set out to chalenge all cachers. The type's and size of caches veries emencly, from nano's to ammo boxe's and back. The hides will verie from "oh there it is" to "iv'e been looking for hours". I have use all the knowlage i have gained in the last year on a bit to make this series as interesting as posible.

The walk starts of on the outskirts of burbage, goes through the village and heads off into the lovely countryside towards the village of Sharnford. From sharnford you will head towards Aston Flamville and then back to Burbage. The terain is faily easy going with a few minor hills to negotiate. Some parts of the walk could be muddy after rain and keep an eye out for the occational cow or sheep.

This pond was originally used to water horses stopping off at a nearby coaching inn. It has recently been restored with the help of lottery funding and local volenteers. At Christmas the local parish council put iluminated animals around the pond. The effect is nice to see, but recently some of the animals were vandalised.

You are looking for a magnetic micro.
There is parking avalible nearby but watch out for traffic this road can be busy at peek times.

The coord's to the bonus are in one of the caches somewhere in this series.
