This cache is located on part of the Joe Stengel Trail on the south side of Polo, Illinois. Parking is available next to PNC on Oregon Street in Polo or in a parking lot for the trail located on Judson Road south of Polo.
As with many trails created on former railroad right-of-ways, remnants and reminders of the land’s former use are visible. Ground Zero for this cache includes some of these relics of days gone by.
You are looking for a camo-ed micro container with a log only. Bring your own pencil. You may need an “extraction tool” to remove the cache, also.
