I only started doing this cacheing thing at the begining of July 2010. And I've found that I'm on the fence about how I want to proceed. Should I be a LARGE cache, or a small one? Well, I decided to be a nano one for your pure enjoyment.
I can be found from the sidewalk. (dont need to leave it or enter the private business property. I am wheelchair accessable, though I'm not sure if it can be properly reached from a chair. Visual from the chair for sure though.
