Geocache Description:

Mattison Hollow Trail is a nice 2.7 mile trail that leads up to the Taconic Crest Trail. This is a marked NY DEC trail that connects to the Taconic Crest Trail at the summit and then continues down into MA on the other side of the range.

Trail Head & Parking can be found along the road at N42 38.093 W73 20.409

Just another cache to get you to hike up the Mattison Hollow Trail.

Well your almost to the end of the road so to speak. Use this cache to take a breather and rest your legs, and then continue on up to the top if you want to.

Cache is a 35mm film canister located along the trail.
