This is a short multi near a remarkable site along the Elk Mountain Scenic Highway.
When you arrive at the posted coordinates, you will find another set of coordinates (you can't miss 'em). The coords you find will be in DDMMSS format; convert them to the more familiar DDMM.mmm format. Then apply the following offsets to calculate the final cache location.

Please note that this is a private area and you do not need to enter The Garden to find the cache. But it is worth looking at from the outside!
