The coordinates listed are for the first point/location - a fire hyrdrant.
You will need to visit area to gather the coords of the second waypoint/location - the fire hydrant at the end.
Now using this information plus the following hints, find the cache:
When you are at the cache location...
Point #1 will be 4.3939 chains at a bearing of 215 degrees
Point #2 will be 9.0909 rods at a bearing of 0 degrees.
